Better Real Estate Purchase Loan Lender Credit Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are only applicable to purchase borrowers who were matched with a real estate agent by Better Real Estate (as defined below) on or after March 1st, 2025.
Better Mortgage is offering lender credits to purchase borrowers who were matched with a real estate agent by Better Real Estate, LLC dba BRE, Better Home Services, BRE Services, LLC and Better Real Estate, and operating in the State of California through its wholly owned subsidiary Better Real Estate California, Inc. (collectively, "Better Real Estate") on or after March 1st, 2025 ("The Offer").
Purchase borrowers matched with a Better Real Estate Partner Agent may receive up to $2,000 in lender credits as follows:

a. For mortgage loans of $500,000 and up: $2,000 Lender Credit

b. For mortgage loans of $300,000 - $499,999: $1,500 Lender Credit

c. For mortgage loans of $150,000 - $299,999: $1,000 Lender Credit

d. For mortgage loans of $50,000 - $149,999: $500 Lender Credit

e. There are no lender credits available for loans under $50,000

The Offer

a. To be eligible for The Offer, Customers must:

i. Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or non-permanent resident (certain non-visa categories only) who match with a real estate agent by Better Real Estate for a purchase of a primary residence, second home, or investment property with Better Mortgage with real estate services provided by Better Real Estate.

b. To claim the Offer, purchase borrowers must:

i. Lock a mortgage loan note on the purchase of a primary residential property, second home, or investment property with Better Mortgage;

ii. Use a Better Real Estate Partner Agent confirmed by Better Real Estate prior to issuance of the Closing Disclosure to the satisfaction of Better Mortgage in its sole discretion; and

iii. Close on the mortgage loan with Better Mortgage.

c. Offer valid on conventional conforming, jumbo, VA, and FHA loans in all states where Better Mortgage is currently licensed to do business. Offer available on all conforming loan products on single-family residences, condominiums, and Planned Unit Developments ("PUDs").

d. The Offer is effective as of March 1st, 2025 (the "Effective Date"). Better Mortgage may modify or terminate The Offer at any time, in its sole discretion, and without notice. Upon terminating The Offer, Better Mortgage will update these terms and conditions to reflect such termination date. The Offer may not be combined with any other Better Mortgage discounts or promotions.

e. The Lender Credit will appear on the Closing Disclosure.

f. The Offer is only available in states where Better Mortgage is originating mortgage loans. However, The Offer is not available in the State of Washington.
