Affiliated Mortgage Lender Discount

Terms & Conditions — 1.14.2019

  1. Offer is open to real estate agent referral customers who have (a) entered a purchase contract on a home using a real estate agent referred by Finche, LLC, dba BRE, Better Home Services and Better Real Estate(“Better Real Estate”); and (b) closed a mortgage loan on said home with Better Real Estate’s affiliated mortgage lender, Better Mortgage Corporation.

  2. If you use a real estate agent referred to you by Better Real Estate and choose to use Better Mortgage Corporation as your lender, you may be eligible for a discount of 1/8th of your interest rate on your purchase transaction.

  3. "1/8th off your rate" refers to the percentage point discount from the interest rate you lock with Better Mortgage Corporation. Use of the agent must be confirmed by Better Real Estate in a manner satisfactory to Better MortgageCorporation in its sole discretion prior to issuance of the Closing Disclosure on the loan.   4. Offer is only valid in states where Better Mortgage Corporation is currently originating loans. It includes all conforming loan products on single-family residences, condominiums and PUDs.

  5. Offer is not available for refinances.

  6. To claim offer proceeds you must (a) accept and use a real estate agent referral from Better Real Estate; (b) once you have a purchase contract on a primary residential property facilitated by the Better Real Estate referred agent, lock a mortgage loan rate with Better Mortgage; (c) have your use of the Better Real Estate referred agent confirmed by Better Real Estate prior to issuance of the Closing Disclosure to the satisfaction of Better Mortgage in its sole discretion; and (d) close on the mortgage loan with Better MortgageCorporation.

  7. Offer is subject to credit approval by Better Mortgage Corporation in its sole discretion and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined on better.com.

  8. Better Real Estate reserves the right to rescind or modify the terms of this offer without prior notice.
